Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure a smooth transit back to our warehouse.
Pack Your Stars
Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
